In 2013, Annelies Van Wittenberghe, Stijn Soenen and I embarked on a tasty adventure through time. After three years of test dinners, photoshoots, writing and editing our baby was born: a cookbook about the history of food, called Smaak! Een geschiedenis in 120 recepten (Eng. Taste! A history in 120 recipes).
